1. Revere Beach Sand Sculpting Festival
The Revere Beach Sand Sculpting Festival is held annually at Revere Beach. It is one of the largest sand sculpting contests in the country! The event Is attended by over 200,000 people each year and is capped of with a concert and fireworks display over Revere Bay
This year’s event will be held Thursday, July 15, 2010 – Sunday July 18, 2010.

2. Revere Beach Farmers’ Market
The Revere Beach Farmers’ Market was established in 2006 by the Revere Beach Partnership in collaboration with MGH Revere Health Care Center, offers a wide variety of fruits and vegetables harvested the morning of market. fresh breads and Italian specialties.
The market has also featured fresh fish, cooking demonstrations, nutritional education and information on local services.
This year’s event will be held Thursday, July 22, 2010 – October 14th 2010.

3. Revere Beach Kite Festival
The Fourth annual Revere Beach Kite Festival is happening on Saturday June 5th. Starting at 10 am and running until 4, the festival happens right across from Kelly’s Roast Beef. Last year’s festival was loads of fun. The first 200 kids age twelve or under will get free kites to design and fly. If this year is anything like last year there will be singers, face painting and kites, lots and lots of kites.

5. Revere Beach Passion Plunge
The 12th Annual Passion Plunge to benefit Special Olympics Massachusetts is not your average dip! It is an exciting (and cool) fundraising event that takes place every winter. This year the Passion Plunge will be held on Saturday, March 6, 2010 at two different locaions: Revere Beach in Revere and Nantasket Beach in Hull
