Suffolk Downs unveiled a 3-D model Wednesday of its $1 billion casino proposal. The model will be available for public viewing in April.
Partnered with Caesars Entertainment, Suffolk Downs 161-acre project would have two hotels with approximately 450 rooms, entertainment spaces and nightclubs, and up to 10 restaurants. The casino would have about 200,000-square-feet of gambling space with 4,000 to 4,200 slot machines and 175 gaming tables.
Wynn Resorts Development in Everett, a competing proposal for the one gaming licence in Greater Boston, alsoÂ released a rendering of its project Wednesday.
