16th Annual International Sand Sculpting Festival to begin on Friday, July 26th
REVERE, MA – The Revere Beach Partnership will be celebrating the 16th Annual International Sand Sculpting Festival, hosted at America’s first public beach, Revere Beach, on Friday, July 26th through Sunday the 28th.
The 3-day extravaganza kicks off on Friday night with an exciting opening ceremony beginning with the singing of our National Anthem. In celebration of this year’s ISSF theme, the 50th Anniversary of the Moon Landing, a drone show followed by a pyrotechnic display will unveil the centerpiece sculpture.
The annual festival draws upwards of 1,000,000 spectators from all over the country who come to watch master sand sculptors compete for first prize in the Master Sand Sculpting Competition. The festival also features gourmet food trucks, live entertainment, local vendors, exhibitor booths, fireworks, and much, much more all over the course of 3 days.
