The 2014 Revere Beach National Sand Sculpting Festival came to a close Saturday evening concluding with a spectacular fireworks display. Hundreds of thousands of visitors from all over New England and beyond came to see the an amazing array of sand sculptings created by the worlds greatest artisans. Once again the Revere Beach Partnership has conducted an incredible event that was enjoyed by throngs of visitors to Revere Beach. This years event was by far the biggest and the best! It seemed as though the there was a never ending line of amazing sand sculptings. The centerpiece featuring the five seals of our US Armed Forces was a fitting tribute to all those who have served.

As this year marks the 70th anniversary of World War II: D-Day, the 2014 Revere Beach National Sand Sculpting Festival dedicated this year’s theme to “Stars and Stripes: A Tribute to our Nation’s Armed Forces.” The Revere Beach Partnership teamed Up with the Wounded Warrior Project for visitors to make donations in support of Wounded Warriors.

Congratulations to all those who contributed so much by sponsoring, advertising and promoting this wonderful Revere event for the enjoyment of so many! Thank You to all of the volunteers that make this event such a huge success as well!
