Press Release- City of Revere
The City of Revere is pleased to announce the 5th Annual Citywide Fitness Challenge, beginning on May 16, 2016 and culminating with a 5K Road Race and 1 Mile Kids Fun Run on June 11, 2016.
The Fitness Challenge is FREE and the cost to register for the “Revere Runs” 5K Run & Walk for Fitness is $20.00 & $5.00 for Revere Youth ages 5-18. A portion of the proceeds from race registrations will be used to create four scholarships for Revere High School seniors. We are looking for sponsors for this event. We have three levels of sponsorship available, Corporate, Champion, and Supporter.
Please see descriptions below for more information. All sponsors will be able to have a table at our health fair during the race on June 11th, 2016 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
CORPORATE FITNESS CHAMPION $1000.00– Company Name/Logo will be prominently displayed on all web* and print applications for fitness challenge and race, all press releases before and after event, all social media promotions of both events, race day t-shirt and on event banner that will be displayed on race day. (Sponsors will be added to current publications on web and in print upon acceptance of this package. Deadline for sponsors to take part in this package is 4/25/2016. Due to program details we cannot add sponsor’s logo on North Shore Timing Website)
FITNESS CHAMPION $500.00- Company Name/Logo will be displayed on all web and print applications for fitness challenge and race all press releases before and after event, all social media promotions of both events, and race day t-shirt. (Sponsors will be added to current publications on web and in print upon acceptance of this package. Deadline for sponsors to take part in this package is 4/25/2016)
FITNESS SUPPORTER $100.00- Company Name/Logo will be displayed on race day t-shirt and all press releases after the event. (Deadline to become a FITNESS SPONSOR is 5/13/2016)
All in-kind donations from companies/organization will be recognized as an event supporter on race day and in press releases after the event.
If you would like to be a sponsor, please submit the sponsor form below with payment by the appropriate date. Logos must be submitted electronically by sending them as a high quality .jpeg file to [email protected]. Sponsor forms or logos received without payment will be omitted from the shirt.
