Revere Happenings

The 2023 International Sand Sculpting Festival on Revere Beach in Massachusetts will be held over three days this summer July 28 through 30th.

“Celebrating 90 Years of Kong” – an homage to the classic 1933 movie “King Kong” starring Fay Wray and Robert Armstrong.

Organizers are recruiting vendors, food trucks, sponsors and entertainment now for this one-of-a-kind event that draws hundreds of thousands of visitors to America’s Oldest Public Beach. Vendors will be able to showcase their products, services, and crafts to the public, while food trucks will have the chance to provide delicious meals to festival attendees. There are also numerous sponsorship opportunities available, allowing businesses to support the event and gain visibility among festival-goers and with regional and other media.

The International Sand Sculpting Festival is the premier event on Revere Beach each year and a cornerstone of the city’s Next Stop Revere travel and tourism initiative. Visitors can expect some amazingly creative sculptures this year as the theme is “Celebrating 90 Years of Kong” – an homage to the classic 1933 movie “King Kong” starring Fay Wray and Robert Armstrong.

Attendees will enjoy watching master sand sculptors show off their artistry, while also taking part in beach games and activities. The festival also features live music and entertainment throughout all three days.

Hosted by the Revere Beach Partnership, a non-profit organization, this free event is open to the public and draws crowds from all around the world. Over three days, hundreds of thousands of people venture down the event boardwalk and take in the sculptures, beach, entertainment, fireworks, and food.
