These terms govern use of RevereBeach.com, including its visitor guides, submitted content, and online store.
Agreement
By using RevereBeach.com, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
An independent visitor guide
RevereBeach.com is independently operated by MediaTeamUSA LLC. It is not an official site of the City of Revere, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, DCR, the MBTA, the Revere Beach Partnership, or any event organizer, restaurant, hotel, or attraction mentioned here.
Visitor information can change
We work to keep information useful and accurate, but weather, water conditions, transit, parking, beach rules, accessibility equipment, event schedules, business hours, prices, menus, and availability can change without notice. Confirm time-sensitive details with the responsible government agency, transit provider, venue, or business before relying on them. Posted signs and instructions from public officials control.
Maps, directions, affiliate links, and external sites
Maps, estimated walking times, directions, and links are provided for convenience. They may be supplied by third parties and are not guarantees of route accessibility, safety, travel time, parking, or availability. External sites have their own terms and privacy practices.
Online store
Store purchases are subject to product descriptions, prices, taxes, shipping charges, checkout disclosures, and our Shipping, Returns & Refunds Policy. We may correct errors, limit quantities, reject fraudulent orders, or cancel an order that cannot be fulfilled, in which case the applicable payment will be refunded.
Future third-party sellers
RevereBeach.com does not currently host third-party marketplace sellers. If that changes, each applicable product or checkout flow should identify the seller and disclose whether MediaTeamUSA LLC or the third party is responsible for fulfillment, customer service, returns, and warranties. Additional seller or marketplace terms may apply and will be presented before purchase.
Permitted use
You may use the site for personal, lawful visitor planning and shopping. You may not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape it in a manner that burdens the service, introduce malware, impersonate another person, or use content in a way that infringes rights or violates law.
Content and intellectual property
Unless otherwise indicated, original site text, design, graphics, and branding are owned by or licensed to MediaTeamUSA LLC. Government information, business marks, linked material, and third-party media remain the property of their respective owners. Limited personal viewing does not grant a license to republish site content.
Submissions
If you voluntarily submit a review, photo, correction, event, business information, or other content, you represent that you have the right to provide it. You grant MediaTeamUSA LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, edit for length or clarity, and display that submission in connection with RevereBeach.com. Do not submit confidential information.
Disclaimers and limits
The site is provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or complete accuracy. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MediaTeamUSA LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by Massachusetts law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We may update them by posting a revised version with a new effective date.
