Pavel Mylnikov \u2028<\/strong> Pavel Mylnikov\u2019s sand sculpture \u201cVanishing Muse\u201d won him first place in the Revere Beach International Sand Sculpting Festival.<\/p>\n Pavel Mylnikov of Moscow beat out 14 other sculptors on Sunday to win the 2018 Revere Beach International Sand Sculpting Festival for the second year in a row.<\/p>\n Mylnikov\u2019s sculpture, titled \u201cVanishing Muse,\u201d featured two people protruding from columns of sand, looking toward each other.
