A Milford-based general contractor that has overseen several large construction projects along or near Revere Beach earned major industry accolades for its work on The Robinson apartments at 656 Ocean Ave.
Plumb House Inc. was recently recognized by the Associated Builders and Contractors of Massachusetts with ABC-MA’s Excellence In Construction Merit Award for its work on The Robinson.
Plumb House is a frequent collaborator with the The Robinson’s developer – Post Road Residential – which also created the Batch Yard and The Pioneer apartment communities in nearby Everett. Post Road is currently working with Plumb House less than a mile north of Revere Beach on the construction of 310-units of apartment housing at 810 Lynnway in Lynn. In 2017, Plumb House completed work on the Ocean 650 project which was developed by Upton Partners and TA Realty. It was acquired by Greystar in 2018.
The 230-unit Robinson apartments include studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom configurations. Amenities include a spacious lobby area and concierge desk, state of the art wellness and recreation facilities including a fitness center, cardio room, yoga and spin studios, a golf simulator, swimming pool and sun deck. Common-use amenities enable residents to engage in everything from on-site socializing and community building to remote work and meeting facilities.
The ‘Great Room’ at The Robinson apartments can accommodate community meetings, social gatherings, resident parties and other events of up to 49 attendees.
