Mid-rise project with 195 units near Blue Line includes a co-working space

Developers Gate Residential and TransDel plan in January to open One Beachmont, a new mid-rise project in Revere just north of the Blue Line’s Beachmont stop.
The complex includes 195 studios, one-bedrooms, and two-bedrooms, with available units starting at $1,783 a month for a studio to just over $3,100 a month for a two-bedroom, two-bathroom.
Each unit includes a washer-dryer, and the complex—which Sheskey Architects and Duffy Design Group designed—includes amenities such as a pool with a cabana and lounge area; grilling stations; a fitness center (as well as outdoor fitness areas); and a co-working space with a coffee bar. Onsite “doggie daycare” is also available as is secured bike storage.
